AnaEE-ERIC is opening a researcher position at its Central Hub in Gif-sur-Yvette, France, to support the SUSTAIN-ARCTIC project, which develops sustainable solutions for Arctic research infrastructures.
The successful candidate will help strengthen collaboration across Europe’s environmental research infrastructure landscape — working with initiatives such as ENVRI, ESFRI and other ERICs — and will support stakeholder engagement, policy dialogue, and the uptake of best practices arising from the project. Key tasks include organising workshops and clustering activities, preparing policy briefs, and contributing to proposals and deliverables within Horizon Europe and other EU funding programmes.
We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher (R2 level) with a PhD in a field related to AnaEE-ERIC’s activities, strong scientific writing skills, and experience in stakeholder engagement and international collaboration. Prior experience with European Research Infrastructures or Horizon Europe projects is a strong asset.
The position is offered as a permanent contract under French law (“CDI Chantier”) linked to the SUSTAIN-ARCTIC project, including benefits such as health insurance, transport subsidies, two days of telework per week, and a relocation package where applicable.
