AnaEE Impact! on January 27: Healthy Soils, Healthy People. Living Labs at the Crossroads of Soil and Human Health

impact

How do the soils we farm, live on and build on shape our health? AnaEE Impact, AnaEE-ERIC’s new webinar series, opens with a session on soil and human health, seen through the lens of living labs.

Dorra Gharbi, AnaEE Central Access Manager will present AnaEE-ERIC’s research capacities on soils and introduce a forthcoming Horizon Europe call: Living labs to monitor and mitigate carcinogenic substances in and originating from soils. The call is a joint call between the Soil Deal for Europe Mission and the Cancer Mission, opening on 4 February 2027 with a deadline of 21 September 2027. Proposals must involve living labs in at least three different Member States or Associated Countries, which makes cross-border partnerships especially valuable.

A guest from CIHEAM Bari will share a living-lab perspective, with time for discussion on where AnaEE facilities, with their experimental expertise, could contribute to new consortia.

Presenter: Dorra Gharbi, AnaEE Operations Officer & Central Access Manager joined by partners from AnaEE-ERIC Living Labs
