Robert Wills of Agilent will discuss LDIR spectroscopy for the detection of microplastics, in particular what is the smallest particle size that can be detected.
Associate Professor Junli Xu of University College Dublin will present her work on the detection of micro- and nanoplastics using spectroscopic methods.
Professor Juliette Legler of Utrecht University will present on the Microplastics and Human Health Consortium (MOMENTUM) project, and specifically the recent launch of the MOMENTUM 3.0 project.
