In this role you will: Lead project management and liaison activities for AnaEE-ERIC, the European Research Infrastructure Consortium for ecosystem research, in collaboration with CzechGlobe, Czech Republic's premier climate change research institute. You will operate at the intersection of environmental science, project management, and international collaboration, helping drive forward critical research on ecosystem science and climate change adaptation at the AnaEE-ERIC Interface and Synthesis Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate planning, development, and execution of European-funded research projects, ensuring deliverables and milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Proposal Development: Identify funding opportunities, contribute to consortium building, and support proposal writing for Horizon Europe and other funding programs
  • Data Management & Reporting: Monitor research infrastructure activities, collect and analyze KPIs, and ensure accurate documentation for governing bodies and funders
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with research partners across Europe, fostering collaboration among research institutions, universities, and industry
  • Representation: Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions, occasionally representing AnaEE-ERIC at international events

You will act as a bridge between users and facility managers, coordinating access, maintaining high-quality services, and contributing to strategic projects that shape the future of ecological and environmental research.

  • User Access Coordination: Facilitate communication between users and facility managers, maintain updated access information, and assist users in selecting suitable facilities.
